We are a growing home care provider seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our mission of delivering exceptional care to clients in the City of Edmonton and surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do:

As a Nursing Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role in ensuring the highest standard of care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and overseeing individualized Care Plans based on thorough assessments

  • Supervising and mentoring a team of health care aides and companions

  • Conducting in-home assessments to ensure care plans remain accurate and effective

  • Delegating and training staff on clinical tasks in accordance with Alberta’s regulatory standards

  • Providing guidance and clinical leadership, ensuring all services reflect our commitment to excellence and compassion

  • Collaborating with families, physicians, and other care providers to support holistic care

What We’re Looking For:

  • An LPN with active registration in good standing

  • Minimum of 2 years' nursing experience, preferably in community or home care

  • Strong assessment and care planning skills

  • Leadership experience and a collaborative approach to supervision

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (travel within Edmonton and surrounding areas required)

  • A passion for helping people live well at home
